The three tools include: 1- dosing software 2- two-stage valves 3- and a mobile dosing station. You can eliminate error and improve product quality with a trio of tools that make manual dosing simpler and twice as fast as traditional manual dosing. What sets this tool apart from traditional dosing methods? Traditional manual dosing requires operators to print each batch formula on paper and visually confirm the ingredients and dosage required. If there is error, the quality control officer must refer to the printed batch sheet. Fixed dosing stations require operators to bring raw materials from the storage area to the dosing station. Decanting raw materials can contribute to waste of those volatile ingredients in flavors or fragrances and may contribute to a messy production area. Operator movements throughout the production area are inefficient and it is easier to make mistakes.
