Equipped with a drip catcher system to prevent cross-contamination, Magnus allows multiple valves to dose at the same time, significantly increasing output. It supports a wide dosing range, from just a few grams with high accuracy to hundreds of kilograms, making it ideal for applications requiring flexibility in batch sizes. Magnus is ATEX-certified, making it suitable for dosing flammable and dangerous goods (DG) in regulated environments.

The gravimetric version of Magnus features a simple, modular design that ensures ease of maintenance and long-term reliability. In this configuration, Magnus doses one material at a time with high precision, offering excellent control and traceability for weight-based formulations.
Magnus can be seamlessly integrated with other ADS dosing robots and connected directly to your ERP system, enabling full automation and end-to-end data capture. Its scalable architecture supports future expansion with additional gravimetric valves or filling stations, or integration with volumetric modules as production requirements grow.
